Terms of Use

Welcome to jointheBigLeague, jointheBigLeague is a Business Platform providing process automation, information repository and software solutions to consultants and assisting them in applying to institutions globally represented directly or indirectly by Pineyards Solutions Private Limited. Thus, it provides not just data & technology services but helps in final applications to the institutions. Access to the jointheBigLeague website is free. However, we offer Paid Memberships for better results.

The terms and conditions outlined below pertain to all Communications and Relationships between the Client or Prospective client(s) (you) and Pineyards Solutions Pvt. Ltd (ourselves), who may also trade under Pineyards Solutions, Pineyards.com, BigLeague or jointheBigLeague. These terms and conditions are a legally binding document. You should read them carefully and make sure they contain everything you want and contains nothing that you are not prepared to agree with.

Eligibility

To register as a member of jointheBigLeague or use this Site as Consultant or Institution you must be 18 years or over. As a student you must be over 14 years. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law.

Term

You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to jointheBigLeague. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise stated in writing. jointheBigLeague may terminate your access to the site and/or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address as provided you in your application for membership.

Other Terms of Use by Members

  • jointheBigLeague reserves the right in its sole discretion to review the activity & status of each account & block the account of a member based on such review
  • You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receiving emails, messages and calls from jointheBigLeague and members of jointheBigLeague as long as you are a registered member
  • Multiple profiles of the same person or organization are not allowed on jointheBigLeague
  • jointheBigLeague reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees
  • You cannot use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate with jointheBigLeague and/or its members

Zero Tolerance towards Abuse

We have zero tolerance towards abuse. Pineyards Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves rights to immediately terminate service, contract, membership or any legal relation without any notices or refunds in case of any harassment or abuse or threat to any of its colleague or vendor or representative.

Content Posted on the Site

You understand and agree that jointheBigLeague may delete any listing, content, communication, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of jointheBigLeague violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either jointheBigLeague and/or its Members.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full 30 days from the end of the month in which the invoice supplied by ourselves is dated. On completion or termination of the project, payment should be made in full within the aforementioned timeframe, by cash, online payment, cheque or bank transfer (BACS). Invoices will include any relevant taxes or other charges.

Proprietary Rights

jointheBigLeague owns and retains all proprietary rights in the jointheBigLeague Site and the jointheBigLeague Service. The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of jointheBigLeague, and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain, you cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

Copyright Policy

You cannot post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the jointheBigLeague service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the relevant information.

Disclaimers

  • jointheBigLeague is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content/listing posted on the Site or in connection with the jointheBigLeague Service
  • jointheBigLeague assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission
  • jointheBigLeague is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers or providers
  • Under no circumstances will jointheBigLeague be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service

Limitation on Liability

In no event will jointheBigLeague be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the jointheBigLeague Service, even if jointheBigLeague has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Jurisdiction

If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Delhi, India only.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold jointheBigLeague, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement.

By becoming a member of jointheBigLeague and/or using the Services of the Site, you unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read and understood the above provisions and agree to abide by them.
